ALBAGRAF machine was manufactured for stamping and embossing blankets with high and low pile through thermographic, leaving the embossed under relief.
The displacement of the tissue through a conveyor belt and fabric aligner system ensures proper alignment and the removal of any tension in the fabric.
Blanket is embossed when the tissue is entering in machine. Using control pannel, we can be adjusted ironing time, temperature, etc.. Once blanket is embossed, it pass to be printed. With the frame printing and scraper is perfectly fixed in the tissue and dried as it passes through the oven and the blanket being completely finished.
Embossing, printing and drying of the blankets are made simultaneously, allowing us to have a quick, efficiently and profitably production.
The machine incorporates electrical panels, safety devices and programming screens where you manage and program.
Input and output of the fabrics, both of them, are performed with a tissue system for folding fan in trolleys. This system is also incorporated in the intermediate part of the machine for folding the fabric in trolleys when just is embossed the tissue, which prevents the fabric pass through the oven.
