Longitudinal cutting machine of rough fabric (towelling, woollen cloth, etc) with independent cutting heads guided by fibre optics.
The cutting machine ANDREA is built with strong mountings and is characterised by its pneumatic and electronic centring system and pre cutting fabric alignment.
This machine can incorporate from 1 to 8 cutting heads with left-right movement driven by optic fibres. Every head is equipped with its own push button of starting and stopping, working each of them separately. There is a pneumatic pressure blade for fabric cutting in each head.
Useful fabric working width from 1800 until 3200mm.
It incorporates electronic speed variator that allows us to adjust the fabric speed circulation from 0 to 25 mtrs/minute.
Control board with push buttons of starting, stopping and stopping of each head, pilots which indicate operations, pneumatic interruptors of pressure for blades and metres counter. It also includes push button of starting and stopping of the machine.
