This machine has been designed for the polishing and cutting of fabric in only one process. The shearing machine assures a perfect finishing and a long cutting duration for several fabric cutting such as terry cloth, velvet, blankets, carpets, etc.
It is equipped with high performance and precision cutting group, with axial movement and pneumatic lifting of the shearing cylinder to sharpen the cutting blade.
The fabric feeding will be adapted to every customer´s needs.
Fabric tension and advance adjustement. The fabric advance speed is adjustable until 20mtrs/minute.
It also incorporates some metallic particles detectors, seams detector and fabric centring system that allows its perfect alignment.
Control board with push buttons of control and visualizers with all the working parametres indicator. Polishing cylinder group.
Shearing table that allows us to adjust the cutting angle. The shearimg height is motorized with digital indicator.
Polishing and cutting system that works with a maximum fabric width of 3200mm and a group of cutting width of 3400mm.
